Baytown, TX firefighters responded to assist a man who had a heart attack while mowing his lawn. After following the ambulance to the hospital, the firefighters returned to the man's house to finish mowing his lawn.

I would imagine he'd be stressed in the hospital thinking of his unfinished lawn.

Sadly, the man passed away three days later. However, I can only imagine how the family would have felt if they had come home and seen the lawn mower still sitting in the yard, with the lawn half mowed. It would have been a terrible reminder of his death.

yea it would have.
I know it seems like a little thing, but I guarantee if this guy was conscious at the hospital and was told his lawn was finished it would have given him just a little bit of peace near the end.

Either that, or he went outside that day grumbling, "That goddammed lawn, gotta mow it again. I should hire a service." More likely, though, he took some pride in it.
